During the meeting, INCITEGov executive director Marilou Ibanez presented the organization's 2024 annual report, outlining initiatives in line with its Strategic Objectives for 2022 to 2028. The members also discussed current challenges to democracy, both in the Philippines and worldwide, and charted ways forward.

The membership also reelected incumbent trustees Imelda Nicolas and Rose Romero to serve another term. Young Public Servants Executive Director Justin Muyot completes the 11-member INCITEGov Board, replacing outgoing trustee Atty. Aleta Tolentino.

The Board of Trustees will hold a separate meeting in May to appoint its Executive Committee. ?
